Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not create, upload or distribute with DoneVid. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you put into the service and everything you generate with it.
Last updated September 7, 2026. DoneVid is operated by NexusGrowth LLC, Delaware, United States. In this document, “DoneVid”, “we” and “us” mean NexusGrowth LLC, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.
1. The rule
DoneVid generates images and video from what you write. That makes it capable of producing material that is illegal or that seriously harms people, and the limits below are not negotiable. They apply whether the material stays private in your account or is shared, and they apply to prompts, uploaded files and generated output alike.
Some of these limits also come from the third-party AI providers who run the models and from our payment processor. A use that they prohibit is prohibited here.
2. Illegal content and activity
Do not use DoneVid for anything unlawful where you are, where we are, or where the material will be seen. This includes, without limit:
- content that is itself illegal to create, hold or distribute;
- planning, promoting or facilitating criminal activity, terrorism or violent extremism;
- creating instructions or material for weapons, explosives or other means of causing serious physical harm;
- evading sanctions, export controls or other legal restrictions.
3. Child sexual exploitation — absolutely prohibited
You must never use DoneVid to generate, upload, request, describe, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexualised depiction of a minor. This includes AI-generated, drawn, edited or otherwise synthetic depictions, whether or not any real child was involved, and it includes depictions of adults presented as minors.
There is no exception to this rule and no legitimate purpose we will accept for it. Accounts are closed immediately, without notice and without refund, and we report to the authorities and to the relevant reporting bodies as the law requires.
4. Sexual and adult content
DoneVid is not an adult-content service. Do not use it to generate or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit material, and do not use it to operate or supply an adult-content business.
Sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person made or altered without that person’s consent — including so-called deepfake nudes, “undressing” edits and face swaps onto sexual material — is prohibited outright.
5. Harassment, abuse and non-consensual imagery
- Do not create imagery of a real, identifiable person that is sexual, degrading, defamatory or harassing without their consent.
- Do not create content that harasses, bullies, threatens or incites violence against a person or a group.
- Do not create content that promotes hatred against people on the basis of a protected characteristic such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age or sexual orientation.
- Do not create gratuitously violent or gory material intended to shock or to glorify suffering.
- Do not create content that promotes self-harm, suicide or disordered eating.
6. Impersonation and deception
- Do not create content that impersonates a real person, a company or a public authority in order to deceive.
- Do not create fabricated evidence, fake identity documents, counterfeit currency, forged official records or fake receipts.
- Do not create fake reviews, fake endorsements or fake testimonials.
- Do not use generated material for political disinformation, or to misrepresent real events as having happened or not happened.
- Where you publish AI-generated material that a viewer could reasonably mistake for a photograph or a recording of real events, label it as AI-generated.
7. Fraud and financial harm
- Do not use DoneVid for fraud, scams, phishing or any deceptive scheme to obtain money, credentials or personal data.
- Do not use stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment methods, and do not use the service to test card details.
- Do not resell, transfer or trade Credits, or offer accounts for sale.
8. Malicious and abusive technical use
- Do not create, distribute or assist with malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits or any other tool designed to gain unauthorised access to systems or to damage them.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt DoneVid, its providers, or another user’s account.
- Do not scrape, mine or bulk-extract from the service, run automated access outside a documented interface, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, Credit accounting or other controls.
- Do not attempt to defeat a model’s safety filters, or to use DoneVid output to train a competing model.
9. Intellectual property and other people’s rights
- Do not upload material you do not have the rights to, and do not generate material that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or personal rights — copyright, trademark, design rights, publicity rights or similar rights.
- Do not use a living artist’s name, a brand or a trademarked character to pass generated work off as theirs.
- Do not upload another person’s private or sensitive personal information, including biometric data such as a face, without a lawful basis for doing so.
10. Enforcement
We may review content where we have reason to believe this policy has been breached, remove it, restrict features, suspend an account or close it. Serious breaches — child sexual exploitation material, credible threats of violence, and fraud in particular — lead to immediate closure without refund, and we report unlawful activity to the authorities.
Where a breach is minor or looks accidental, we would rather warn you than close your account. Where we close an account for breach, the refund rules in the Refund and Cancellation Policy do not apply to the remaining term.
11. Reporting abuse
If you believe content generated with DoneVid breaches this policy, or that material infringing your rights has been created with it, report it through the contact page. Tell us what you saw and where, and we will investigate. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority.
